AEHL AA Playoff Tournaments - 2024-25 season
Attention AEHL South AA Teams,
The AEHL South Conference is pleased to announce its hosts for the 2025 Playoff Tournaments, the qualification process for the 2025 Hockey Alberta Provincial Championships. All teams in the AEHL AA South Conference will qualify for playoffs. Only Alberta teams are eligible to qualify for provincials.
U13 AA Playoff Tournaments - March 6-9, 2025:
- South Division Host: Medicine Hat
- Central Division Host: Cochrane
- Winner of each Division Tournament will meet in a best-of-three series to determine a conference champion/provincial representative. The Conference Championship series must conclude by March 16, 2025.
- Provincials: March 27-30, 2025
U15 AA Playoff Tournaments - February 27 - March 2, 2025:
- South Division Host: Wheatland
- Central Division Host: Olds
- Winner of each Division Tournament will meet in a best-of-three series to determine a conference champion/provincial representative. The Conference Championship series must conclude by March 9, 2025.
- Provincials: March 20-23, 2025
U16 AA Playoff Tournament: February 27 - March 2, 2025:
- South Conference Host: Sylvan Lake
- Winners of the semi final games in the Conference Tournament will meet in a best of three series to determine a conference champion/provincial representative. The Conference Championship series must conclude by March 9, 2025.
- Provincials: March 20-23, 2025
U18 AA Playoff Tournaments: March 6-9, 2025:
- South Division Host: Foothills
- Central Division Host: Lacombe
- Winner of each Division Tournament will meet in a best-of-three series to determine a conference champion/provincial representative. The Conference Championship series must conclude by March 16, 2025.
- Provincials: March 27-30, 2025
Official schedules will be built over the next few weeks with each host tournament host and posted on the AEHL website when ready.
